About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the daily setup, scheduling, optimization, and deployment of all email marketing campaigns
Work cross-functionally with the sales team to develop cohesive email cadences
Oversee database health by performing monthly updates and segmenting lists accurately
Track and analyze key email metrics to provide actionable insights
Set up and maintain automated customer journeys, including welcome series and re-engagement campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically focused on email marketing
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Experience utilizing major ESP platforms such as Mailchimp, Campaigner, or Klaviyo
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS specifically for email layouts
Strong proofreading skills and ability to write engaging subject lines
Comfortable working with data, Excel spreadsheets, and Google Analytics
