Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers and UX designers
Own the process by which product and feature work is prioritized, scoped, and scheduled
Define and drive the product roadmap
Serve as DRI for the quality and integrity of all apps and products
Champion the product and its users across the organization
Build and maintain close partnerships with Engineering and Marketing
Monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback post-launch
Collaborate with executive leadership on annual and quarterly planning

What you’ll need

10+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing mobile products
at least 3 years in a leadership role managing other PMs
Demonstrated track record of taking new products from zero to market and driving adoption at scale
Proven ability to define and communicate product vision
Experience partnering closely with engineering and design
Data-driven decision-maker with experience defining and tracking product KPIs, retention, engagement, and growth metrics
Excellent communicator
