Project Manager, Population Health and Research
Everyday HealthProject Manager managing population health and research initiatives at Everyday Health. Developing strategies, managing relationships, and ensuring project deliverables within grant timelines.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- develop and manage professional relationships with health systems including but not limited to academic medical centers, community-based specialty clinics, and federally qualified health centers
- develop project implementation strategies to achieve both grant goals and timelines
- articulate complex research and quality projects to C-suite medical directors, key opinions leaders, and other senior decision-makers within health systems
- work with external healthcare administrators and legal teams to align on partnership terms and execute contracts
- track expenses related to healthcare systems participation in quality improvement projects
- ensure timely payment/reimbursement to PRIME’s collaborators
- participate in grant strategy meetings to identify opportunities for future grant proposals and provide feasibility perspectives based on experience in working with healthcare providers
- manage the project timelines through Asana project management software
- proactively identify potential delays in project deliverables
- participate in calls to accommodate health system availability for research and quality improvement collaborations
- facilitate health system data collection including chart abstraction and data retrieval from electronic and manual sources
- plan, develop, and coordinate program logistics for live and virtual research audit and feedback programs
- communicate to the Manager of Population Health and Research any urgent updates or deviations to the program plan
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a life science, public health, biology, or health science related major.
- Social Sciences majors are acceptable as well.
- Masters degree in a related healthcare discipline such as MPH or equivalent degree preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Project coordination and/or management experience preferred.
- Clinical or community based research experience preferred.
- Knowledge about Asana, Microsoft and Google suite products preferred
