About the role
- Design and evolve brand visuals across web, social, email, and paid media
- Create high-quality product imagery using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Photoshop AI, etc.)
- Develop packaging concepts and production-ready files
- Collaborate with brand and product development teams on campaigns and launches
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual systems
- Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Iterate quickly on creative based on performance and feedback
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Figma (non-negotiable)
- Experience with packaging design (retail CPG preferred)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for image generation and manipulation
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and composition
- Ability to create both polished brand assets and fast-turn creative
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand work, packaging, and AI-generated visuals
- Someone who blends taste with speed. You know when to polish and when to ship
- A self-starter who can take direction but also bring original ideas to the table
- Someone excited about pushing creative boundaries with AI
