- Own local market content
- Adapt tone, structure, and messaging to local expectations
- Provide voiceovers for ads
- Ensure brand consistency while maximizing local relevance
- Act as market expert

Requirements
- Native-level Dutch, can write dutch with excellent grammar, clarity, and nuance
- Fluent in English as a working language
- 4+ years in editorial, localisation, copywriting, or content roles
- Familiar with SEO localisation, including search intent and phrasing differences
- Strong instinct for tone, persuasion, customer and user motivations.
- Comfortable making editorial decisions independently
- Experienced in working with AI-assisted or translation-first setups
- Comfortable with localisation at scale
