About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with Inventory Transactions and reconciliations
- Claims support - obtain supporting documentation, including PODs, process for submission and provide regular tracking and reporting
- Support tracking for overages billings
- Assist with the submission of customer invoices through various retailer portals
- Finance and Accounting team support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience; internship experience is welcome.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; comfort with formulas, pivot tables, and data organization.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
- Background in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce industries.
- Exposure to inventory accounting, 3PL reconciliations, or retail vendor compliance processes.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to learn, improve processes, and take ownership of responsibilities.
