About the role

  • As a Solution Engineer, you will join the Professional Services team.
  • You will be responsible for integrating our solutions into clients' information systems and providing technical and functional support to users.
  • Write technical documentation for clients and for internal use.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to report field feedback and contribute to product development.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Ideally at least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or a similar technical environment (PKI, identity management, infrastructure security, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of cybersecurity standards and best practices, particularly related to PKI.
  • Experience managing technical projects and providing client support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
