About the role
- Own and manage catering sales performance within an assigned territory, driving revenue growth through proactive business development and relationship management.
- Identify and pursue new catering opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and community engagement.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Execute territory sales strategies and targeted outreach campaigns to achieve catering revenue goals.
- Develop and implement localized sales strategies aligned with company goals and guidance from the Director of Catering.
- Build strong relationships with restaurant operations teams to ensure seamless execution of catering orders and exceptional guest experiences.
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate reporting on outreach, pipeline activity, and territory performance.
Requirements
- Outside sales experience calling on both existing and new clients.
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals through personal effort and strong relationship building.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to new systems or sales tools.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed.
- Experience in multi-unit retail, restaurant, or hospitality environments.
