About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supports the identification, development and implementation of business opportunities for advancing the Clean Technologies group and the Gas Business Unit.
  • Involves researching and vetting various decarbonization and clean gas technologies opportunities.
  • Assists in assessing and building the business case for opportunities.
  • Coordinate with both electric and gas business units for comprehensive planning.
  • Provides support on the future of natural gas to internal groups for shareholder and investor messaging.
  • Develops business plans, including financial analysis and resource requirements.
  • Monitors and tracks results of program activities and recommends modifications as necessary.
  • Communicates and coordinates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Zero (0) to three (3) years of experience in economic analysis, project management/ business development is required.
  • Project management experience required.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of geothermal, hydrogen, methane reduction and other clean gas technologies preferred.
  • Knowledge of electric and gas distribution systems preferred.
