About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports the identification, development and implementation of business opportunities for advancing the Clean Technologies group and the Gas Business Unit.
- Involves researching and vetting various decarbonization and clean gas technologies opportunities.
- Assists in assessing and building the business case for opportunities.
- Coordinate with both electric and gas business units for comprehensive planning.
- Provides support on the future of natural gas to internal groups for shareholder and investor messaging.
- Develops business plans, including financial analysis and resource requirements.
- Monitors and tracks results of program activities and recommends modifications as necessary.
- Communicates and coordinates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience may be considered.
- Zero (0) to three (3) years of experience in economic analysis, project management/ business development is required.
- Project management experience required.
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- Knowledge of geothermal, hydrogen, methane reduction and other clean gas technologies preferred.
- Knowledge of electric and gas distribution systems preferred.
