About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the execution of technical projects and supervision of staff
Development of standards and multi-year planning for LNG and LPG facilities
Support LNG Operations group in evaluating system failures and supporting plant maintenance
Develop preliminary engineering designs and technical procedures for construction and procurement
Collaborate with Engineers for consistency and teamwork
Responsible for project budgets and performance monitoring
Assist junior staff and provide technical support during normal and emergency situations
Ensure compliance with regulatory maintenance requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum of eight (8) years in the technical, operational, or engineering aspects of the utility industry
Supervisory experience preferred
LNG, Oil & Gas, or Power Plant experience a plus
Strong knowledge of plant systems including pumps, generators, compressors, tanks, vaporizers, and firewater systems
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention-to-detail.
Working knowledge of standard office computer software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
