About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports the coordination and execution of Inventory Management including storeroom replenishment
Monitors inventory levels and material demand for assigned location(s) and replenishes inventory ensuring appropriate on-hand quantities
Assists with maintaining accurate records of corporate inventory and assigned location(s)
Works with assigned locations and suppliers to ensure inventory needs are supported in a timely manner
Expedites past due orders with suppliers and communicates delivery information to business partners
Maintains Open order integrity and Item Master data maintenance
Assists with coordination of quarantined materials, return to vendor, follow through to final disposition
Assists other analysts on major projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, related discipline or equivalent experience
Zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience
Ability to analyze information
Good verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Suite (Excel; Word; PowerPoint, etc.)
