Key responsibilities & impact

Direct, coordinate, and supervise daily activities of field engineering designers.
Review and approve work for internal/external customer requests.
Manage cross-functional teams and initiate technical process improvements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and safety leadership.
Analyze workload and coordinate resources effectively.
Responsible for designs that are safe and environmentally responsible.
Coach, mentor, and provide technical guidance to staff.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related technical experience required.
Minimum of 5 years of related technical experience is required.
Previous experience in electric distribution is preferred.
Previous experience in a supervisory role is also preferred.
Demonstrated leadership skills by achieving positive results under non-ideal circumstances.
Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry codes and standards related to the electric utility industry.
Valid driver’s license.
