About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports the implementation of the Eversource Quality Control (QC) program
Ensures work complies with all federal, state, and company construction standards
Direct and stop work to ensure compliance
Responsible for accurate documentation of inspection results
Performs activities contributing to the annual gas inspection plan including random inspections and re-dig program activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, related discipline or equivalent experience
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in gas distribution, utility or technical experience preferred
Knowledge of gas construction and maintenance standards, work practices and procedures, and safety requirements
Strong technical writing and oral communication skills
Familiarity with MS Office suite and adaption to other software tools.
