Key responsibilities & impact

Leading a team of engineers in Asset Management
Developing compliance driven transmission line and transmission substation programs and budgets
Identifying process improvements with respect to development, approval and management of transmission projects
Developing best practices and strategies for required design deliverables and milestones
Managing and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a BS Engineering or BS Engineering Technology
An electrical engineering degree is preferred
A minimum of eight (8) years of related experience is required
Experience in the technical, operational or engineering aspects of the electric utility industry
Supervisory experience is strongly preferred
Strong background in process improvement
Understanding of NERC, ISO-NE, and NPCC standards
Ability to motivate and lead a team
Working knowledge of information technology and use of Eversource’s office automation and information systems
