About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participates in planning, development, scheduling and performance of engineering assignments
- Works with geothermal technology, supporting operations & maintenance procedures
- Supports activities associated with roll-out of new and revised regulations in MA and CT
- Aids in completion of general day-to-day tasks of the Policy & Compliance team
- Monitors regulatory updates and communicates changes to key stakeholders
- Mentors junior staff and assists in gas distribution system restoration efforts during emergencies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum Five (5) years of related engineering experience
- Knowledge of gas distribution construction and maintenance
- Knowledge of applicable governmental codes and regulations
- Knowledge of welding and fusing principles
- Familiarity with MS Office
