lead or play a key role in drafting and advising on filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission
support and enhance disclosure controls and procedures
advise senior management and regularly interact with executive leadership on disclosure and governance matters

What you’ll need

5+ years of corporate and securities law experience

detail-oriented, business-minded attorney
bachelor's degree
Juris Doctor Degree
admission in good standing to one of the Massachusetts, Connecticut, and/or New Hampshire Bar and Federal Bars preferred
