About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plans, coordinates, and provides overall supervision to Instrumentation and Regulation personnel
Ensures achievement of goals and objectives consistent with the Company direction
Provides supervision, communication, and direction for the respective area workforce
Plans, schedules, and coordinates work assignments related to pressure management
Supervises area instrumentation and regulation activities in accordance with state, federal and industry codes
Responsible for standardization of work practices and procedures across the Company
Develops and implements employee safety programs
Conducts technical OJT and Vendor training programs for field personnel
Administers the agreement between the Company and the Union
Administers the Company’s natural gas odorization programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
5-10 years related experience
high degree of technical knowledge in Instrumentation and Regulation equipment
thorough understanding of Instrumentation and Regulation field operations
complete knowledge of Company work practices and procedures
superior organizational project planning and communication skills
familiarity with computer operations
ability to use PC desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Word & Excel)
thorough knowledge of the Company-Union agreement
valid Driver’s License
