About the role
- Assist with the planning function and performance for all assigned circuits.
- Assist in identifying benefits from individual projects and predicted desired outcomes.
- Provide engineering support for specific projects.
- Assist with engineering resolutions for multiple outages in the Distribution System.
- Create field work in current work management system.
- Assist DDE/Lead with developing recommendations on equipment replacement vs repair to maximize Return on Asset (ROA).
- Participate during major restoration efforts including Emergency Preparedness.
- Provide reports as required.
- Work with DDE/Lead in the development of distribution projects.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required, Electrical Engineering preferred
- Zero (0) to Three (3) years of equivalent experience in Energy Delivery is preferred
- Knowledge of distribution systems is desired.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Knowledgeable of various computer applications including Microsoft Office.
- Circuit analysis software skills preferred.
- Must hold a valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
