About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with the planning function and performance for all assigned circuits.
Assist in identifying benefits from individual projects and predicted desired outcomes.
Provide engineering support for specific projects.
Assist with engineering resolutions for multiple outages in the Distribution System.
Create field work in current work management system.
Assist DDE/Lead with developing recommendations on equipment replacement vs repair to maximize Return on Asset (ROA).
Participate during major restoration efforts including Emergency Preparedness.
Provide reports as required.
Work with DDE/Lead in the development of distribution projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required, Electrical Engineering preferred
Zero (0) to Three (3) years of equivalent experience in Energy Delivery is preferred
Knowledge of distribution systems is desired.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Knowledgeable of various computer applications including Microsoft Office.
Circuit analysis software skills preferred.
Must hold a valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
