About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for leading and managing activities associated with the development and management of Compliance activities related to the cyber-security, physical security, and maintenance of the Bulk Electric System
Develop and lead assessments, audits, and reviews of existing compliance
Identify performance gaps; facilitate the determination of improvement actions and track them through completion
Work closely with the Operations staff to ensure compliance and implement process improvements
Track changes to applicable standards as they are approved by regulatory authorities.
Provide engineering/technical expertise and guidance in the identification, analysis and resolution of problems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering
3-5 years related experience is required
Knowledge of utility power systems is preferred
Ability to independently develop, present and execute new projects through collaborations with other departments
Familiarity with power related software is preferred.
