About the role

  • Responsible for producing monthly financial reports and annual budgets
  • Creates and improves financial performance including analysis Actuals vs. Budget for Capital and Expense
  • Communicates results and issues with financial strategies to management
  • Prepares financial projections for executive management presentation
  • Provides information to ensure annual budgets and five-year forecasts are on target
  • Communicates variance explanations of actuals versus budget of financials
  • Works with all management levels to provide financial analysis and recommendations
  • Prepares presentations and presents financial results to Operations monthly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related discipline is required
  • Zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience is required; Candidates with at least one (1) year of experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge and experience in financial reporting and analyses
  • Ability to use PC desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access, and other programs)
  • Familiarity with accounting and reporting system like Power Plan and IBM Planning Analytics or comparable applications
  • Valid Motor Vehicle Operators license is required
