About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate across a breadth of stakeholders to identify training needs, design effective learning solutions, and evaluate results
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support contractor training initiatives
  • Identify state-specific training requirements and tailor training strategies accordingly
  • Partner with implementation leaders to determine business partner training needs
  • Schedule training sessions and secure required materials
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Provide regular reporting to leadership and regulatory bodies
  • Conduct Training Needs Analyses to assess and justify proposed training activities
  • Track training activities, maintain accurate records, and produce timely reports
  • Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking related to training activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in program design and implementation, including experience developing and coordinating training programs
  • Highly motivated, eager to learn, and capable of quickly adapting to new tasks
  • Experience collaborating across multiple business units to achieve shared program goals
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Experience establishing metrics and goals and implementing strategies to achieve them
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
