About the role
- Collaborate across a breadth of stakeholders to identify training needs, design effective learning solutions, and evaluate results
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support contractor training initiatives
- Identify state-specific training requirements and tailor training strategies accordingly
- Partner with implementation leaders to determine business partner training needs
- Schedule training sessions and secure required materials
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and industry stakeholders
- Provide regular reporting to leadership and regulatory bodies
- Conduct Training Needs Analyses to assess and justify proposed training activities
- Track training activities, maintain accurate records, and produce timely reports
- Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking related to training activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in program design and implementation, including experience developing and coordinating training programs
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and capable of quickly adapting to new tasks
- Experience collaborating across multiple business units to achieve shared program goals
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Experience establishing metrics and goals and implementing strategies to achieve them
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
