About the role
- Support the coordination and execution of Inventory Management including storeroom replenishment, vendor execution, department process
- Monitors inventory levels and material demand for assigned location(s) and replenishes inventory ensuring appropriate on-hand quantities
- Assists with maintaining accurate records of corporate inventory and assigned location(s)
- Works with assigned locations and suppliers to ensure Eversource inventory needs are supported in a timely accurate manner
- Expedites past due orders with suppliers and communicates delivery information to business partners
- Maintains Open order integrity Item Master data maintenance, adding new items, revisions, and phase out/phase in
- Assists with coordination of quarantined materials, return to vendor, follow through to final disposition
- Assists other analysts on major projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, related discipline or equivalent experience
- Zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience
- Ability to analyze information
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Suite (Excel; Word; PowerPoint, etc.)
