About the role
- Ensuring Eversource Business Strategy for the transmission program is optimally developed
- Developing coordinated transmission programs and budgets
- Identifying process improvements with respect to development, approval, and management of transmission projects
- Providing input to the development and prioritization of transmission capital programs
- Developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with other functions
- Benchmarking Eversource’s transmission asset performance relative to the industry
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required
- An Electrical Engineering degree is preferred
- A minimum of five (5) years of related experience is required
- Strong background in process improvement
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial documents
- Experience in one or more aspects of the job is required and transmission experience is strongly preferred
