About the role

  • drive the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions
  • lead end-to-end development of AI-powered applications
  • design and implement Model Context Protocol integrations
  • architect solutions on Azure AI Foundry
  • develop and maintain AI workflows using Microsoft Power Platform
  • build and optimize SQL-based data layers
  • establish and champion coding standards
  • define and implement DevOps pipelines
  • recommend and maintain version control strategies
  • evaluate emerging AI frameworks
  • design AI systems for firm-wide deployment
  • partner with IT, Risk, and Compliance teams
  • create architecture decision records
  • lead technical onboarding and knowledge transfer
  • act as a trusted technical advisor to firm leadership
  • translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • present technical concepts clearly to various audiences

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software or AI development experience
  • Hands-on expertise with large language models (LLMs)
  • Demonstrated experience building RAG applications
  • Proficiency with Azure AI Foundry
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience implementing MCP or similar protocols
  • Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices
  • Experience with Git-based version control
  • Prior experience working in a law firm
  • Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration patterns
  • Knowledge of responsible AI principles
  • Microsoft certifications in AI, Azure, or Power Platform
  • Experience with enterprise knowledge management platforms
