Key responsibilities & impact

Utilize storytelling techniques to create intuitive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Craft reports that effectively communicate insights derived from data analysis.
Define and develop Power BI data models to facilitate the creation of informative and high-value dashboards.
Document existing solutions to foster knowledge sharing within the team.
Identify areas for improving data reliability, performance, and quality.
Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines for data processing.
Design reports and data processes with compliance considerations in mind to mitigate risks.
Share skills, knowledge, and expertise across members of the BI analytics team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

24-36 months experience in a similar role. Bachelors degree or equivalent is preferred.
Power BI Proficiency
Proficiency with Power BI, including expertise in dashboard design and development.
Microsoft Excel Expertise
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
SQL skills
Familiarity with SQL (Structured Query Language), including experience with querying databases and performing data manipulation tasks.
Structured and Analytical Thinking
Possesses a structured and analytical mindset, with a natural inclination towards making sense of complex information.
Interest in Learning and Growth Mindset
Demonstrated interest in learning and a strong desire to expand knowledge in the field of BI Analysis.
