About the role

  • Design and develop new features and functionalities in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Evaluate, integrate, and maintain third-party software solutions
  • Develop comprehensive unit tests to validate code functionality and minimize regressions
  • Create and maintain CI/CD integrations using GitLab CI
  • Monitor production logs, investigate reported bugs, diagnose root causes, and implement fixes
  • Analyze data from logs, application stack traces, and thread dumps to identify trends and issues
  • Maintain technical documentation for code, systems, and processes
  • Collaborate with Validation, DevOps, Product, Operations teams and customers' technical teams

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in similar role
  • Comprehensive understanding of technical concepts and terminology relevant to Everseen's products and services
  • Ability to work with Linux systems, including troubleshooting skills such as log investigations, performance testing, and connectivity investigation
  • Comprehensive knowledge of microservices and distributed systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS)
  • Experience with Azure Blob Storage
  • Experience with ElasticSearch
  • Ability to leverage cloud computing technologies and services for testing and validation purposes
  • Intermediate knowledge of cloud security, scalability, and performance optimization principles
  • Good understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
  • Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD integrations (GitLab CI)
  • Experience writing comprehensive unit tests and performing code reviews
  • Ability to evaluate, integrate, and maintain third-party software solutions
  • Broad understanding of software engineering and architecture, including multiple programming languages and frameworks
  • Interest in learning and a growth mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data to inform product decisions
