💰 $90,000 - $105,000 per year
About the role
- Serve as key member of project teams conducting primary and secondary research, performing quantitative & qualitative analysis to generate insights against the client objective.
- Support in the structure & development of client deliverables in PowerPoint and/or Excel format including integrating analysis and telling the story in a clear, effective manner.
- Attend client meetings and present key elements where applicable.
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends, draw conclusions, develop insights and transform those insights into actionable recommendations for the client.
- Interview client’s customers, competitors, suppliers, etc. as this work will become the basis of the case team’s strategic recommendations.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (e.g., Public Health, Economics, Business or life science related)
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably focused on life science consulting or related field
- Possess a learning mindset; able to learn quickly and demonstrate a passion for learning
- Strong research & analytical skills, ability to conceptualize analysis into processes and frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task & deliver high quality outputs under time pressured deadlines
- Advanced degree (e.g., MS/PhD in Biosciences, MBA) preferred
- At least 6 months of experience within a life science consultancy, with experience working on multiple projects and handling associate / analyst-level responsibilities
- A strong passion for—and understanding of dynamics and issues in—the pharma and biotech industries
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong experience in Excel models and PowerPoint
