About the role

  • Manage a team of quality engineers and drive quality initiatives
  • Utilize functional and technical acumen to ensure highest quality for IT deliverables
  • Establish relationships and interact with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of product features
  • Develop and manage QE metrics to measure performance

Requirements

  • 8+ years of quality engineering and/or quality assurance experience
  • Proven experience in building executing and reporting on Load and performance testing initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience in managing/leading quality teams in an onshore/offshore model
  • Strong grasp of API architecture and API testing using tools like Postman
  • Experience in Load/Performance testing tools like LoadRunner, Jmeter, NeoLoad required
  • Strong understanding of different software development life cycles (waterfall, iterative, agile) and contemporary software quality assurance processes and automated tools
