As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Patient Services Hub programs within Salesforce Health Cloud.
Configure custom objects, workflows, processes, and automation to streamline patient interactions and optimize program management.
Integrate Health Cloud with external systems using MuleSoft and API-first principles.
Design and develop engaging patient and HCP portals within Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Build and manage copay programs within Health Cloud.
Create and maintain a robust and scalable Salesforce Health Cloud architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and user requirements.
Champion Salesforce Health Cloud best practices within the organization.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for healthcare solutions.
Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
10+ years experience as Salesforce Developer/ Architect with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a strong focus on the healthcare industry.
Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform.
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud for building patient engagement portals.
Working knowledge of MuleSoft or similar integration platform as a Service (iPaaS) tools.
Familiarity with business rule engines and their application in healthcare IT.
Strong understanding of API-first development principles and best practices.
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
Holds Salesforce Architect Certification(s), one of or combination of Integration Architect Application Architect System Architect Certified Technical Architect.
