About the role
- As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Patient Services Hub programs within Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Configure custom objects, workflows, processes, and automation to streamline patient interactions and optimize program management.
- Integrate Health Cloud with external systems using MuleSoft and API-first principles.
- Design and develop engaging patient and HCP portals within Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Build and manage copay programs within Health Cloud.
- Create and maintain a robust and scalable Salesforce Health Cloud architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and user requirements.
- Champion Salesforce Health Cloud best practices within the organization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for healthcare solutions.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 10+ years experience as Salesforce Developer/ Architect with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a strong focus on the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud for building patient engagement portals.
- Working knowledge of MuleSoft or similar integration platform as a Service (iPaaS) tools.
- Familiarity with business rule engines and their application in healthcare IT.
- Strong understanding of API-first development principles and best practices.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Holds Salesforce Architect Certification(s), one of or combination of Integration Architect Application Architect System Architect Certified Technical Architect.
