About the role

  • As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Patient Services Hub programs within Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Configure custom objects, workflows, processes, and automation to streamline patient interactions and optimize program management.
  • Integrate Health Cloud with external systems using MuleSoft and API-first principles.
  • Design and develop engaging patient and HCP portals within Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Build and manage copay programs within Health Cloud.
  • Create and maintain a robust and scalable Salesforce Health Cloud architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and user requirements.
  • Champion Salesforce Health Cloud best practices within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for healthcare solutions.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • 10+ years experience as Salesforce Developer/ Architect with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a strong focus on the healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform.
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud for building patient engagement portals.
  • Working knowledge of MuleSoft or similar integration platform as a Service (iPaaS) tools.
  • Familiarity with business rule engines and their application in healthcare IT.
  • Strong understanding of API-first development principles and best practices.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Holds Salesforce Architect Certification(s), one of or combination of Integration Architect Application Architect System Architect Certified Technical Architect.
