- Leads a high-performing team of social and digital strategists
- Develops and conducts department- and company-wide training on best practices
- Oversees the strategic and creative execution of social media initiatives
- Cultivates and manages senior-level relationships with platform partners and industry experts
- Designs and governs AI-enabled agents embedded across social marketing workflows
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience creating and leading impactful, comprehensive social and digital campaigns that integrate paid, owned, influencer, and content strategies
- Strong agency and pharmaceutical marketing experience required
- Deep expertise in paid and organic social media strategy across platforms including Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, Reddit, TikTok, SERMO, Figure1, and other emerging channels
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to develop programs that are unique, relevant, creative, measurable, and commercially impactful
- Experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows, including the design and management of AI agents that enhance social execution and performance
- Proven ability to partner with account, strategy, creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure social remains an indispensable and revenue-driving part of the business.
