Overseeing and coordinating project management activities within the pharma sector
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Support the development and implementation of project management standards, processes, and best practices
Support the planning and execution of pharma projects and cross-functional workstreams
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks
Prepare project status reports for senior management and stakeholders
Help manage project budgets, resources, and timelines
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Six Sigma or similar certification required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong knowledge of pharma regulatory requirements and industry standards
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
