Lead a team of Data Scientists and Analysts to design, implement and deploy advanced machine learning / artificial intelligence algorithms
Develop and apply data mining and machine learning techniques and models to extract analytic insights
Develop software solutions and applications using SQL, Python, and/or R
Responsible for the successful management of different projects within defined timelines
Act in a supervisory role to junior analysts/data scientists
Support and supervise the development of visualizations and presentations for client deliverables

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in data analytics and modeling
Practical knowledge of statistics, statistical inference, and machine learning algorithms (deep learning, LSTM, XGBoost, SHAP, LLM, GraphML, GAN, and reinforcement learning)
Hands-on experience and proficiency in SQL, Python, pandas, scikit-learn, numpy, scipy, R
High level of knowledge and analytic experience with real world data sources (e.g., EHR/EMR data, RWD, healthcare prescription/claims databases)
Expertise in healthcare industry terminology and coding (e.g. NDC11, ICD9/ ICD10, HCPCS, CPT, LOINC)
Must have MS PowerPoint presentation development skills
