About the role

  • Partner with HR leadership to understand business needs across Europe and support day-to-day HR operations
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits
  • Administer HR programs including performance and talent management, recognition, morale, development, and investigations
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws
  • Support international mobility and relocation processes
  • Lead or support initiatives in training, diversity, inclusion, and engagement

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of previous HR operations experience
  • 3-5 years within an international environment
  • Previous HR experience in Italy is a must
  • Proven working experience of employment-related laws and regulations in more than one European country
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Any other European language will be a plus
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in HR
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Experience in organizing and leading projects with many different data sources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven mentality
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Experience with a comprehensive HRIS systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
