About the role
- Partner with HR leadership to understand business needs across Europe and support day-to-day HR operations
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits
- Administer HR programs including performance and talent management, recognition, morale, development, and investigations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws
- Support international mobility and relocation processes
- Lead or support initiatives in training, diversity, inclusion, and engagement
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of previous HR operations experience
- 3-5 years within an international environment
- Previous HR experience in Italy is a must
- Proven working experience of employment-related laws and regulations in more than one European country
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Any other European language will be a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in HR
- Keen attention to detail
- Experience in organizing and leading projects with many different data sources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven mentality
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Experience with a comprehensive HRIS systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
