About the role
- Drive the entire Top line revenue and margins for Quality services globally
- Achieve upwards of 35% to 40% growth in revenue YoY
- Build and deliver the overall vision, strategy, market differentiation, portfolio expansion, and geo-expansion
- Execute business development activities in network and with external clients
- Develop new customer projects generating additional Quality consulting work as well as developing existing customer relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline OR Master’s degree in a related discipline with 10-15 years' experience in BioPharma Quality Management space
- Experience both in BioPharma set-up as well as in consulting and services set-up delivering quality services to BioPharma
- A thought leader with vast networking within Biopharma Quality experts
- Experience in running and managing P&L
- Experience in building and driving business growth
- Ability to establish credibility with C- level executives and Heads of Quality function
- Results orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills, both written and verbal
