About the role

  • The Account Director provides strategic guidance in developing and leading tactical integrated marketing plans to clients
  • This role serves as an extension of the client brand team and day-to-day relationship lead
  • Directors are also accountable for counseling clients on effective marketing strategy based on research and best practices to meet brand objectives
  • The Account Director owns the book of business and business growth efforts

Requirements

  • Educated to a degree level - ideally in communication/marketing, economy, biology/pharmacy and/or other scientific pathway)
  • MA in business administration, sales, marketing or similar relevant field
  • Min 10 years of experience in healthcare and life sciences
  • Strong and applied understanding of strategic planning
  • Demonstrates accuracy in reviewing PMO/junior team-developed scopes
  • Demonstrates accountability for financial tracking and management of client budgets
