About the role
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-velocity team selling SaaS solutions to insurance agencies and independent agents.
- Managing a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales cycle focused on new customer acquisition.
- Utilizing Salesforce and other sales enablement tools to track pipeline, measure performance, and improve team productivity.
- Conducting ongoing coaching through quantitative KPI analysis, live demo feedback, and recorded call reviews.
- Partnering closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to refine tools, processes, scripts, and objection-handling techniques that will enable your team’s success
- Creating and maintaining an energetic, collaborative, and results-driven sales culture.
- Driving continuous improvement across sales through testing, data analysis, and iteration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated inside sales success
- 1+ years experience as a first-line manager leading a B2B inside sales team
- Proven experience implementing change management
- Experience selling SaaS products in a high-volume and rapidly changing environment.
- Deep knowledge of proven sales methodologies, with experience improving scripts, talk tracks, and objection management.
- High personal integrity and sound judgment, with the ability to make informed decisions even without perfect information.
- Strong data fluency, with experience analyzing funnel metrics, conversion rates, and sales cycle performance.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and related sales enablement tools.
