About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Systems Implementation Management
  • Serve as the primary business lead on the Evergent SMB implementation and pending migration
  • In partnership with Product/Engineering, build a comprehensive platform roadmap that meets future business demands and drives operational efficiency across the customer experience
  • Establish cross-functional governance for future functionality, ensuring data-driven decisions are driving the systems roadmap
  • Evaluate existing and new platforms for effectiveness and drive the art of the possible for future needs
  • Partner Integrations
  • Serve as the primary business liaison to external partners, ensuring operational integration between systems is optimized
  • Ensure external partner relationships are accounted for either internal or external system implementations or modifications
  • Assist internal teams with building and maintaining settlement and reconciliation processes between EverPass and external partners
  • Data Management
  • Ensure data across the ecosystems meets the demands of business users for both operational and reporting purposes
  • Ensure systems enhancements account for data needs of the business for transactional and reporting purposes
  • Partner with Data Engineering team to ensure business-critical data elements are accounted for as enterprise reporting and data repositories are established

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ years of experience managing lead-to-cash (Sales / CRM / Billing / Payments) platforms from a business perspective
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale systems implementations and roadmaps in a high-growth or startup environment
  • Experience with systems migrations in a subscription services business or platform
  • Comfort working within a matrixed organization, with the ability to influence outcomes based on a data-driven decision framework
  • Strong attention to detail and execution-focused mindset
  • Bonus Points:
  • Background in sports media, streaming, or entertainment
  • Startup or high-growth company experience
  • Experience building or managing customer-facing e-commerce and/or self-care solutions
