- We’re looking for a polished, service-minded IT Systems Engineer to lead in-office support at our Austin HQ while delivering high-touch, high-reliability support for our executive team.
- Responsible for ensuring a seamless experience across devices, AV systems, collaboration tools, and SaaS platforms; onboarding; and running executive all-hands meetings.
- Hybrid role blending hands-on technical systems work (primarily macOS and SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Jamf, Okta, Zoom) with support for C-suite leaders in a HIPAA-regulated space.
- Support includes device setup, AV/Zoom Rooms, user provisioning, ticket triage, onboarding/offboarding, compliance with HIPAA/SOC 2/HITRUST, and collaboration with IT and Security on automation and documentation.
