About the role
- Make outbound prospecting calls to commercial property managers, facility directors, and decision-makers in the Treasure Valley market
- Follow up on open proposals and warm leads for our sales team
- Introduce EverLine’s services in a friendly, professional, non-pushy way
- Qualify prospects and schedule site assessments or meetings
- Log all activity and call notes in HubSpot CRM
- Send occasional follow-up emails using templates provided
- Collaborate with our sales team on call lists and outreach strategy
Requirements
- A natural conversationalist — warm, personable, and people genuinely enjoy talking to you.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to people you’ve never spoken to before
- Reliable, self-motivated, and organized enough to manage your own call schedule
- Coachable — you’re willing to learn a new industry and take direction well
- Basic comfort with computers and technology
- Prior experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or a customer-facing sales role (nice to have, but not required)
- Familiarity with HubSpot or any CRM tool (not required, training provided)
