About the role

  • Make outbound prospecting calls to commercial property managers, facility directors, and decision-makers in the Treasure Valley market
  • Follow up on open proposals and warm leads for our sales team
  • Introduce EverLine’s services in a friendly, professional, non-pushy way
  • Qualify prospects and schedule site assessments or meetings
  • Log all activity and call notes in HubSpot CRM
  • Send occasional follow-up emails using templates provided
  • Collaborate with our sales team on call lists and outreach strategy

Requirements

  • A natural conversationalist — warm, personable, and people genuinely enjoy talking to you.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to people you’ve never spoken to before
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and organized enough to manage your own call schedule
  • Coachable — you’re willing to learn a new industry and take direction well
  • Basic comfort with computers and technology
  • Prior experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or a customer-facing sales role (nice to have, but not required)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or any CRM tool (not required, training provided)
