Requirements
What you’ll need- Education Requirements - High School Diploma or GED
- Active TX Pharmacy Technician/Trainee License
- Strong detail orientation and excellent communication/listening skills
- Strong computer skills that help you to efficiently maneuver through multiple applications simultaneously
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a remote call center environment
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
- Pharmacy, call center, or member services experience
- Knowledge of diabetic supplies and pharmacy operations
