What you’ll need
  • Education Requirements - High School Diploma or GED
  • Active TX Pharmacy Technician/Trainee License
  • Strong detail orientation and excellent communication/listening skills
  • Strong computer skills that help you to efficiently maneuver through multiple applications simultaneously
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a remote call center environment
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
  • Pharmacy, call center, or member services experience
  • Knowledge of diabetic supplies and pharmacy operations
