About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- 1st-level support: Answer application-related questions via chat and ticketing system
- 2nd-level support: Reproduce and document bugs in the test environment
- Ticket & chat management: Prioritize inquiries and communicate with customers
- Cross-team collaboration: Coordinate with colleagues and escalate issues when necessary
- Customer satisfaction & empathy: Treat users individually and delight frustrated customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical affinity — enthusiasm for digital tools and business software
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Outlook is a plus; SQL and HubSpot will be taught
- Quick learner
- Strong communication skills
- Empathy and service orientation
- Team spirit and willingness to learn
- Fluent German (native or C1+) and very good English skills
