About the role
- You lead and support the Service Desk team in meeting contractual commitments
- You communicate and implement the company's HR policies with employees
- You organize and optimize support and production resources in line with the commercial contract
- You ensure the operational management of the client relationship, and prepare and lead steering committees
- You are responsible for the deployment of processes
- You support change management (progress and improvement plans)
- You ensure compliance with service commitments and the financial profitability of the service
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent
- Significant experience in managing and leading an IT outsourcing/service delivery engagement
- Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Strong customer service orientation, leadership, communication, analytical skills and rigor, combined with the ability to propose solutions
- Fluent in French and English
