About the role
- Perform SharePoint data migrations using ShareGate according to the schedule defined by project managers.
- Handle operational incidents: analysis, diagnosis, and resolution.
- Contribute to maintaining applications and environments in operational condition (operational maintenance - MCO).
- Contribute to automating recurring tasks using PowerShell.
- Help implement and monitor dashboards (Power BI experience desirable).
- Update and distribute operational procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in application run (RUN) or IT system migrations
- Autonomous, rigorous, and able to work in a structured, collaborative environment
- PowerShell — advanced level / essential
- Power BI — advanced level / desirable
- ShareGate / SharePoint — hands-on experience for migrations
- Knowledge of Windows Server environments / application operations
- Good foundation in automation, operational maintenance (MCO), incident handling, and operational security
