Administer the messaging system (approximately 10,000 users)
Resolve Office 365 incidents and service requests
Provide dedicated follow-up for Office 365 VIP incidents and high-priority/critical Office 365 incidents
Provide operational Level 2 technical support for all services associated with Office 365
Document procedures to resolve incidents encountered by the service desk and local support teams
Train Level 1 support teams on messaging and Office 365-related products
Execute migrations required by the onboarding of new subsidiaries
Keep up to date with technological developments related to Office 365 solutions
Requirements
Master’s degree or engineering degree
At least 5 years of proven experience with collaboration tools
Strong functional knowledge of the following solutions: Office 365 suite, Office 365 Administration Console, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, management of hybrid messaging environments, PowerShell scripting
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively
