About the role
- Verify and post details of business transactions, including funds received and disbursed, and total accounts.
- Maintain accounting records of chargebacks, retrieval requests, and exception processing.
- Compile and sort documents related to chargeback and retrieval cycles.
- Analyze customer needs and provide accurate responses to account inquiries and disputes.
- Explain available services to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Correct errors and resolve financial disputes conveyed by cardholders and credit card associations.
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures to meet customer and client needs in an innovative and resourceful manner.
