About the role

  • Manage user access and Role-Based Permissions (RBP) in SuccessFactors
  • Support audits and compliance with governance standards
  • Track and report on HRIS support tickets
  • Design and manage RBP structures across SuccessFactors modules
  • Conduct regular RBP audits and risk assessments
  • Strengthen change management processes
  • Maintain detailed documentation for RBP structures and workflows
  • Coordinate SuccessFactors releases and upgrades
  • Troubleshoot performance or access-related issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in an HRIS-focused role
  • Consulting experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes and system design
  • Extensive hands-on experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors particularly)
  • Deep expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
  • Comfortable partnering with Compliance teams, InfoSec, and business stakeholders
  • Experience with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, or SOC
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is a plus
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and IT security principles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience collaborating across global teams
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
