About the role
- Manage user access and Role-Based Permissions (RBP) in SuccessFactors
- Support audits and compliance with governance standards
- Track and report on HRIS support tickets
- Design and manage RBP structures across SuccessFactors modules
- Conduct regular RBP audits and risk assessments
- Strengthen change management processes
- Maintain detailed documentation for RBP structures and workflows
- Coordinate SuccessFactors releases and upgrades
- Troubleshoot performance or access-related issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in an HRIS-focused role
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of core HR processes and system design
- Extensive hands-on experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors particularly)
- Deep expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Comfortable partnering with Compliance teams, InfoSec, and business stakeholders
- Experience with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, or SOC
- SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is a plus
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and IT security principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating across global teams
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
