About the role

  • You plan, manage and take responsibility for software and digital projects from kick-off to go-live
  • You lead regular client meetings and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project
  • You translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for our developers
  • You monitor budget, schedule and quality
  • You identify risks early and implement solutions before they escalate
  • You ensure our clients are not only satisfied but delighted
  • You work closely with executive management, sales and our technical teams

Requirements

  • Experience in project management, ideally with IT, software or digital projects
  • Technical understanding: you don’t need to code, but you should understand how IT systems work
  • Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) or classical project management
  • Independent, solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills, clarity and a high level of customer orientation
  • Fluent German (spoken and written) — required
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) — required
