About the role
- You plan, manage and take responsibility for software and digital projects from kick-off to go-live
- You hold regular client meetings and act as the central point of contact throughout the project
- You translate client requirements into concrete tasks for our developers
- You keep budget, timelines and quality under control
- You identify risks early and find solutions before they escalate
- You ensure our clients are not just satisfied but delighted
- You work closely with executive management, sales and our tech teams
Requirements
- Experience in project management, ideally in IT, software or digital projects
- Technical understanding: you don’t need to code, but you should know how IT systems work
- Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) or classical/traditional project management
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, clarity and a high degree of customer focus
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (required)
- Excellent English language skills, spoken and written (required)
