Business Development Rep

• Develop a solid understanding of EverGreene’s services and competitive selling points
• Develop and maintain relationships with both current and potential clients to market the full range of EverGreene’s services and increase customer base
• Target, qualify and pursue leads in accordance with company strategy
• Oversee all aspects of the bid process including primary research, industry analysis, and customer needs assessments
• "Quarterback" the entire sales process until the final close of the construction project
• Perform project takeoffs, develop estimates, and evaluate financial indicators to ensure the project profitability
• Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, including analyzing and responding to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
• Prudently manage resources within budgetary guidelines according to company policies and within ethical corporate governance guidelines
• Continuously update and input lead/bid information into CRM (Cosential)
• Provide high-level support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle and serve as the liaison between the client, management, and project managers
• Communicate regularly with upper management regarding performance, development pipeline, inquiries, competitive activities, complaints, market conditions or other pertinent conditions
• Demonstrate EverGreene’s mission and values, reputation, standards, policies and procedures internally and throughout the marketplace.

Business Development Executive

Engineer

• Provide technical and administrative support to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
• Ensure the smooth flow of information between the office and field
• Annotate drawings and assist with redlines, as-builts, and version tracking
• Perform quantity take-offs and basic procurement tracking specific to EverGreene scopes
• Compile, format, and assemble change order documentation in coordination with PMs and APMs
• Maintain logs and databases for RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and related technical records
• Support drawing distribution, version control, and internal document workflows
• Assist APMs and PMs with scheduling updates, delivery confirmations, and on-site logistics
• Help track submittals, punch list items, field reports, and material deliveries
• Prepare and update internal status trackers, billing documentation, and project logs
• Collaborate with field and office staff to keep technical documentation current
• Interface with APMs, PMs, and Senior PMs to support daily needs
• Participate in internal coordination meetings and take meeting minutes when assigned
• Follow through on delegated tasks and ensure timely delivery of support materials

Project Engineer

Project Manager

• Provide support to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from post-contract handoff through project closeout
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and document control
• Coordinate materials, site access, and scheduling details with field teams and subcontractors
• Track budgets, cost-to-complete forecasts, and assist the Project Admin team with requisitions
• Help maintain project documentation, including project schedule, change orders, RFIs, scope changes and job budgeting support
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and assist in field coordination
• Lead planning and execution of smaller-scale or short-duration projects
• Communicate directly with clients, GCs, and field staff
• Identify project risks and escalate issues to the project team when needed
• Serve as a day-to-day liaison between PMs, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Participate in planning and coordination meetings as needed
• Assist with safety tracking, punch list generation, and progress monitoring
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and project partners, as directed
• Take lead responsibility for smaller or short-duration projects with PM/ Sr. PM oversight
• Organize and track short-term schedules, materials, and logistics
• Escalate risks or issues promptly and ensure appropriate team communication

Assistant Project Manager

• Manage all phases of assigned projects, from post-contract handoff and submittals to punch list.
• Oversee day-to-day activities while keeping an eye on long-term goals, profitability, and schedule.
• Align internal priorities and external expectations to ensure clarity and project delivery across all stakeholders.
• Build phasing and sequencing plans that reflect site logistics, scope durations, trade coordination, and available staff.
• Identify scope gaps and long-lead concerns before they can have an adverse impact on a schedule.
• Collaborate with Superintendents and Forepersons to clearly define scopes of work and overall project expectations, as well as identifying potential roadblocks.
• Troubleshoot field issues quickly, keeping quality, budget and schedule in balance.
• Assist business developers and project administrators in drafting and managing subcontractor agreements, change orders, and POs.
• Track and control budgets, cost-to-complete forecasts, and requisitions with help from the project admin team.
• Monitor any potential financial blind spots, changes, and/or shifting cost priorities.
• In a timely manner, identify change orders as they arise and accurately estimate new work as required.
• Supervise and support Project management team, Superintendents, Forepersons, and craft-workers.
• Communicate project scope and expectations clearly with the field team and provide active guidance and problem-solving support.
• Foster a collaborative work environment that values communication, accountability, and skilled work.
• Conduct regular job site visits to maintain visibility into conditions, logistics, and efficiency.
• Demonstrate a commitment to workplace safety and inclusivity by upholding best practices and fostering a diverse culture of mutual respect.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, GCs, architects, and consultants.
• Lead project meetings, facilitate issue resolution, and communicate changes clearly and professionally.
• Anticipate issues before they surface and clearly communicate project risks or changes with clarity and professionalism.
• Represent EverGreene with integrity, reliability, and poise, especially in high pressure environments.
