About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical and analytical support for Salesforce customer- and partner-facing portals
Build and maintain secure, responsive user experiences using Salesforce Experience Cloud, LWC, Apex
Translate business needs into technical solutions and integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs
Design security models, including sharing rules and user licensing
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve how Salesforce supports Evergreen’s programs and customers
Build custom Experience Cloud sites using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript
Develop custom apps, triggers, and controllers
Implement complex security models, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules to protect data
Work with business analysts to translate business needs into technical designs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce development experience
Strong proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities) implementation
Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling and sharing/security models
Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for user interface customization
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements
Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification (preferred)
Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification (preferred)
Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments (preferred)
Familiarity with DevOps tools and deployment pipelines (preferred)
